Bringing Chokolate to the Digital World
Choko la, India’s exclusive chocolatier made the decision to enter the digital arena with iStrat. From a wide online presence to a fully charted e-commerce site that makes buying premium chocolates a pleasure one can experience in their own homes. The design team at iStrat is both young and dynamic, with a wide exposure to modern design and functionality; the team put together an inspiring digital plan for Choko la. The plan started with a Facebook page which was launched in February 2011 and went on to garner over 3000 fans in a span of 2 months. Only one medium is never sufficient for a brand to exist across a digital platform, the next step was to start work on the Choko la e-commerce website. A fully functional site where users can browse through products, check out stores locations and interiors, experience the menu and know more about the brand, most specifically they can buy the products they like. The design team has collated extensive information on benchmarks of other product and e-commerce sites to provide the client with solutions that include the industry’s best practices.
