Job Description : • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agency role within a client services, planning or project management team within the digital and wider marketing sector of devising and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns, within an agency that includes a variety of digital channels, in particular Website Development, SEO, Display Advertising, Social Media, Email and Content.
• Specific experience of achieving significant improvements in results by devising and implementing innovative campaign strategies and ideas.
• Good understanding of web design and development process including; UX, scoping, project management frameworks, user testing and research.
• Experience of complex technical work with relevant project management experience.
• Analytical, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information, news, data and research quickly and distil the most important/relevant information for intelligent strategic development.
• Passionate about delving into, and drawing insight from data.
• High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook and Twitter.

Job Description : • Be the digital strategic for a wide range of integrated campaigns within the agency
• Apply sound planning techniques and previous experience to craft insight driven solutions
• Be an effective researcher understanding various techniques and tools to gather insights, and be able to decipher and present research findings in a way that is simple for any audience to absorb
• Define relevant and measurable objectives that act as the basis for a strategy
• Plan and present water-tight digital solutions using a variety of tools and techniques (social listening, experience maps, engagement plans etc)
• Write brilliant creative briefs and conduct inspirational creative briefings using all tools available at your disposal
• Be the conduit between the creative and other domains (SEO, UX, Social, etc)
• Ensure all work developed remains strategically sound
• Champion and shape the digital planning function within the agency
• Manage and mentor junior members of the digital planning team, to help them develop and grow in their roles
• Work with User Experience, Client Services and Project Management teams to highlight and manage project risks and issues.
Desired Profile : • 10+ years experience in digital marketing.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of technology and digital marketing across Paid Owned and Earned media Channels.

• Strong familiarity with digital metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, and online analytics.)
• Should be conversant in audience analysis tools like com score, Ad relevance and social listening tools like radience 6.
